Complete your tubeless setup with Velo-Tool aluminium tubeless Presta valves. Supplied as a pair, with a choice of 44mm or 60mm lengths, they let you select a valve length suited to your wheels rather than relying on one size for every rim.
Choose your valve length
Check your rim depth and your wheel manufacturer’s valve requirements before ordering. The valve needs to extend far enough beyond the rim for your pump head to attach securely.
- 44mm: The shorter option, where it provides sufficient clearance above the rim.
- 60mm: The longer option, for rims requiring more valve length.
Valve length alone does not establish compatibility. Check the rim’s valve-hole and valve-base requirements, and any tyre-insert requirements, before fitting.

Fitting and maintenance
Follow your wheel, tyre and sealant manufacturers’ instructions for tubeless setup. Ensure the valve base sits correctly against the taped rim bed and tighten the retaining nut by hand, avoiding over-tightening.
Check for air leaks after fitting. Keep the valve cores clean and inspect them if inflation becomes difficult. Use the sealant type and quantity recommended for your particular tyres and wheels.
What’s included
Two tubeless Presta valves in the selected length and colour. Rim tape, sealant and tyres are not included.
