VIP Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Velo-Tool VIP Rewards Program ('Program') allows customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for rewards.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid email address required
• One account per person
• Available to UK residents only

3. Earning Points

• Earn 1 point per £1 spent on qualifying purchases
• Points are awarded after successful payment
• Returns will result in point deduction
• Shipping costs do not earn points

4. Redeeming Points

• Minimum 100 points required for redemption
• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases
• Points cannot be transferred or sold
• Expired points cannot be restored

5. Point Expiration

Points expire 12 months from the date of earning if no account activity occurs.

6. Program Changes

Velo-Tool reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with 30 days notice.
