Pack a compact inflation option for your next ride with the Velo-Tool Black CO₂ Bike Inflator. The CNC aluminium head combines a Presta/Schrader valve connection with an adjustable lever for controlling gas flow during inflation.
Product features
- CNC aluminium construction with a black finish.
- Adjustable flow-control lever.
- Connection for compatible Presta and Schrader valves.
- Protective sleeve shown with the head in the main catalogue photograph.
- Existing specification lists compatibility with suitable 16g and 25g CO₂ cartridges; check cartridge thread and sleeve fit before use.
Check your inflation setup
Confirm that the cartridge, valve connection and available clearance suit your equipment. Cartridge gas quantity does not translate to a single guaranteed tyre pressure: the result depends on tyre volume and the amount of gas delivered.
The lever controls flow, not a preset pressure. Use a suitable gauge and follow the tyre and rim manufacturers’ inflation limits. Check your tubeless sealant manufacturer’s guidance on CO₂ compatibility where relevant.
Use with care
Read and follow the supplied inflator and cartridge instructions before attaching or opening a cartridge. CO₂ discharge can make components extremely cold; use the appropriate protective sleeve and avoid contact with cold exposed metal.
Do not loosen or disconnect a pressurised assembly. Keep cartridges away from heat and children, and follow their handling and storage instructions.
Plan your repair kit
This inflator is not a puncture repair tool or a hand pump. Carry suitable repair supplies and enough inflation capacity for your ride, and check the tyre after the repair before continuing.
