Carry a compact inflation option with the Velo-Tool CO₂ Bike Inflator with Frame Bracket. The CNC aluminium head provides adjustable gas flow and a connection for compatible Presta and Schrader valves, while the cartridge housing gives this model a different format from a bare inflator head.
Listed features
- CNC-machined aluminium construction with an anodised finish.
- Adjustable flow-control lever.
- Presta and Schrader valve compatibility, subject to correct fitting.
- Cartridge housing shown in the catalogue photos.
- Frame bracket included according to the product specification.
- Listed dimensions: 5.5 × 12.2cm.
Check cartridges and mounting fit
Confirm the required cartridge size and thread against the supplied instructions before purchase or use. A cartridge shown in an explanatory photo does not establish that one is supplied.
Check the bracket’s attachment method, your frame’s accessory guidance and available clearance. Do not assume the bracket fits every frame or comes with every possible mounting adapter. Ensure the assembly cannot contact moving parts or interfere with riding.
Control flow, not a preset pressure
The lever adjusts gas flow; it does not measure tyre pressure or stop automatically at a selected pressure. Use a suitable gauge and observe your tyre and rim manufacturers’ limits.
For tubeless setups, check your sealant manufacturer’s CO₂ guidance. Inflation results depend on tyre volume, cartridge capacity and gas delivered.
Safe use
Follow the supplied inflator and cartridge instructions. Discharge can make parts extremely cold; avoid contact with exposed cold metal and use the protection specified for this model. Do not loosen or disconnect a pressurised assembly.
Keep cartridges away from heat and children and follow their handling and storage guidance. Carry suitable repair supplies separately; this is not a puncture repair tool or a hand pump.
Included items
CO₂ inflator with cartridge housing and the listed frame bracket. Gas cartridge inclusion is not confirmed by the current product specification.
