These are chainring bolt spacing washers, not bottom-bracket or cassette spacers. Suitability depends on your exact crank, chainring and bolt arrangement, not simply the type of bicycle you ride.
Adding spacers changes the assembly spacing and can affect bolt engagement and chainline. Use them only where the component manufacturer permits the arrangement, with suitable bolts and the specified tightening procedure. Do not assume existing bolt lengths remain suitable after adding spacers.
