Keep inflation essentials together for a roadside stop with the Velo-Tool CO₂ Bike Inflator Kit. The bundle combines a flow-control inflator, protective sleeve, two cartridges and tyre levers with an EVA carry case.
Contents shown in the catalogue
- One CO₂ inflator with adjustable flow control and Presta/Schrader connection.
- One protective sleeve.
- Two 16g threaded CO₂ cartridges.
- Two tyre levers.
- One Essentials carry case.
The inflator and case finish may differ between catalogue views; choose the available option you want before ordering.
Build around your tyre setup
This is an inflation bundle, not everything required to repair every puncture. Add a suitable spare tube, patches or tubeless repair supplies for your bike. Check your rim and tyre manufacturers’ guidance before using the levers.
Confirm valve fit and clearance before use. For tubeless tyres, check your sealant manufacturer’s CO₂ compatibility guidance.
Flow control is not pressure regulation
The lever controls gas delivery but does not measure pressure or stop at a preset level. Use a suitable gauge and follow tyre and rim pressure limits. A 16g cartridge does not produce the same final pressure in every tyre.
Handling and storage
Follow the inflator and cartridge instructions before assembly. Discharge can make parts extremely cold; use the protective sleeve as directed and avoid cold exposed metal. Do not loosen or disconnect a pressurised assembly.
Keep cartridges away from heat and children, and follow their handling and storage guidance.
Carry case
The EVA case keeps the kit together for storage or packing in suitable luggage. No tested waterproof rating is provided here; protect moisture-sensitive items separately and avoid submerging the case.
The earlier 170g total-weight figure has not been verified for the complete photographed contents and is not used as a specification here.
