Check the fitting position
Use only a mounting arrangement permitted by the supplied instructions and your fork or frame manufacturer. Confirm that the attachment points, guard shape and tie lengths suit your bicycle.
MTB, hybrid or gravel labels do not establish compatibility. Check tyre width, tread clearance and space around brake components, cables and moving parts. On suspension bikes, verify clearance through the manufacturer’s specified range of movement.
Spray reduction, not complete weather protection
This compact guard can help reduce spray in a suitable position, but coverage varies with your setup and riding conditions. It is not a full-length mudguard system, a guarantee of dry clothing or protective equipment against flying stones.
Fitting and inspection
Follow the supplied instructions when positioning the guard and securing the ties. Avoid pinching cables or hoses, and ensure the guard cannot contact the tyre. Suitable cutters may be needed to trim tie ends safely.
Check attachment and clearance before riding and after impacts or rough surfaces. Replace damaged guards or ties; new ties may be required after removal.
What’s not included
Bicycle, cutting tools and a second complete mudguard are not included in the photographed kit.
