Bring a selection of tubeless repair essentials together with the Velo-Tool Tubeless Tyre Repair Bundle. It combines a plug insertion tool and strips, a CO₂ inflator, carry case and a small bottle of Magic Milk Hi-Fibre sealant for a suitable tubeless setup.
Contents shown or identified
- CO₂ inflator with adjustable flow control and Presta/Schrader connection.
- Protective sleeve.
- Tubeless plug insertion tool with storage body.
- Five plug strips.
- 65ml Magic Milk Hi-Fibre Tubeless-Pro sealant, as labelled in the catalogue photograph.
- Carry case.
A cartridge appears fitted in the photograph, but the written bundle contents do not specify a cartridge quantity. Do not rely on the image alone to establish your supplied gas capacity.
Check your tubeless system
Follow your tyre, rim, sealant and repair-tool manufacturers’ guidance. Confirm that plug repair is appropriate for the puncture and that the sealant is suitable for your tyre and existing sealant. Do not mix sealants without manufacturer approval.
The 65ml bottle is not a universal dose for every tyre. Use the quantity and maintenance interval specified for your setup. Check the sealant manufacturer’s guidance on CO₂ use before combining them.
Know the repair limits
Plug strips are not a guarantee of a permanent repair and are not suitable for every cut, sidewall injury or damaged tyre. Inspect the tyre and check for leaks before riding; replace it or seek workshop help when required.
This is a tubeless plug kit, not an inner-tube patch system. Carry suitable backup supplies for your route.
Inflation and handling
The inflator controls gas flow, not a preset pressure. Use a suitable gauge and observe tyre and rim pressure limits. Follow the supplied cartridge and inflator instructions, avoid contact with cold exposed metal and do not disconnect a pressurised assembly.
Follow all sealant label instructions for handling and storage. Keep the kit and cartridges away from children and heat as directed by their manufacturers.
Storage
Pack the case securely in suitable luggage. No tested waterproof rating or verified total bundle weight is provided here.
