AEROFLOW 90-TT Disc Wheel Valve Adapter Kit – Presta to Schrader

Reach a recessed valve more conveniently during disc-wheel inflation with the Velo-Tool AEROFLOW 90-TT Valve Adapter Kit. The two-part setup combines a brass Presta-to-Schrader adapter with a 90° angled connector to change the direction of pump access.

Designed for suitable disc-wheel valve openings, it is a practical addition to a time-trial or triathlon preparation kit where a conventional pump head is difficult to position.

Pump, wheel, tyre, replacement valve cores and valve-core removal tools are not included.

Check compatibility before ordering

Confirm that your wheel’s valve opening has room for the assembled adapters and your pump head. Check valve threads, exposed valve length and pump-head compatibility; this kit is not a universal fit for every disc wheel or track pump.

The angled connector provides a Schrader-style pump connection. Follow the supplied instructions and your pump and valve manufacturers’ guidance when assembling and using the kit.

Careful setup for inflation

Make sure threads and seals are clean and undamaged. Connect without cross-threading or over-tightening, and avoid placing sideways force on the valve. Check the assembly for leaks before continuing.

Use an appropriate pressure gauge and remain within your tyre, rim and equipment manufacturers’ pressure limits. An adapter does not itself regulate pressure or guarantee gauge accuracy.

Test the complete setup before an event rather than relying on an untried combination on the day. Follow the supplied guidance on disconnecting and removing the adapters after inflation.
