Keep a compact inflation option in your ride kit with the Velo-Tool Mini CO₂ Bike Inflator. The small aluminium head connects to compatible Presta and Schrader valves and is shown with a protective sleeve in the catalogue photograph.
This is a cartridge-powered inflator, not a manual mini pump. It requires a suitable CO₂ cartridge to inflate a tyre.
Listed specifications
- Aluminium alloy inflator head.
- Listed head weight: 30g.
- Listed head dimensions: 30 × 54mm.
- Connection for compatible Presta and Schrader valves.
- Listed cartridge interface: 3/8-inch thread. Confirm the full cartridge specification against the supplied instructions.
Check your setup
Threaded and unthreaded cartridges are not interchangeable simply because both contain CO₂. Check cartridge fit, valve connection and available clearance before use. The thread description is not a claim of compatibility with every cartridge.
Follow the supplied instructions for this model’s gas-release mechanism. No pressure gauge or preset pressure regulation is specified. Use a suitable gauge and remain within your tyre and rim manufacturers’ limits.
Use with care
Read the inflator and cartridge instructions before assembly. CO₂ discharge can make exposed parts extremely cold; use suitable protection and avoid touching cold metal. Do not loosen or disconnect a pressurised assembly.
Keep cartridges away from heat and children and follow their handling and storage guidance. For tubeless tyres, check your sealant manufacturer’s CO₂ compatibility advice.
Build your ride kit
Carry appropriate puncture repair supplies and enough inflation capacity for your route. Inflation time and final pressure depend on the tyre, cartridge and amount of gas delivered.
Contents shown
The main catalogue photo shows the mini inflator head and protective sleeve. Gas cartridge inclusion is not established by the current written contents, so do not assume cartridges are supplied.
